A total of seven Belvoir Angel stones were recorded by the Heathcote's when they visited here. All of which they described as being of the 'variant' style. I also found seven but sadly not the same seven! The church grounds here are very large and interesting.

The gravestone to Mary Lacey has a frowning angel with wild hair. 'Make Ye Ready' is carved across the top.

This stone is inscribed 'Here lyeth the body of Mary the wife of William Lacer who departed this life June ye 14th anno dom 1722 in the 73rd year of her age'

'All you who come my grave to see what I am now so you must be Grieve not for me my glass is run it is the Lord his will be done'
